* The Buyer issues LOI (LETTER OF INTENT) .
* The seller sends Draft Contract/FCO to the buyer.
* The buyer and seller bank communicate and agree the Final wording of L/C,DLC .
* The buyer's bank issue irrevocable,NON-transferable ,revolving,at sight L/C,DLC for each shipment of delivery.
* The seller's bank issue 2% PB (Performance bond) to activate the L/C,DLC.
* The SGS/CCIC Inspection on the loading to be borne by the seller.
* Shipment commence as per contract.
* The buyer releases payment to the seller shipment delivered per Contract via swift fund transfer with 7 days after discharge of cargo and receipt of all shipment documents
